Would you care to back that up? I can't find anything to suggest it's a scam site. But there are some MSE members who have said they've received cashback http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=152005&highlight=coolnewmobile
Also the company hasn't been around for very long and as the first claims are sent in after 6 months there won't yet be a huge amount of people who have had cashback yet.

I took out a contract through them for my Dad last month, I did as much research as I could and was fairly confident at the time of buying (as much as you can be with such a new company). But if you have actual proof that it's a scam please post again as I'm sure it would be very helpful. If not, and it's just your an opinion that it's a scam then that isn't really much help at all I'm afraid!

Ive heard of these before and I would have thought to call them a 'scam' site is a bit misleading, they sell mobiles legitimately, but I have no experience of how harsh their cashback terms are, some retailers seem to be stricter than others so be careful. :j
