This is a great offer provided you've not used one of these Hair Group offers already in the past 12 months and you're not under 18. Buy the May issue of Sainsburys Magazine for £1.20, cut out and complete the coupon on Page 131 then send it to the address on that page.
Once your coupon has been received it'll be sent to your nearest salon that's participating in the offer. Either the salon or the Hair Group itself will contact you to arrange an appointment for a cut and finish (blow dry). The closing date to use the voucher is 30 June.

Just got the May edition of the Sainsbury magazine there is a coupon in there for a free haircut for every reader. Ok the magazine is £1.20 but worth up to £40 so not a fair deal if there is a salon in your area. the Salon group is "The Hair Group" hope its of use to some ppl this is my first go at putting something in here so I hope its in the right place

Hmm, I think we've been here before. There may well be a Hair Group salon in your area but whether they are participating in this offer is debatable. There is a thread somewhere about the same offer that was in the Times and Prima magazine a while ago.Ellie

If I was you I would just go down to your local college and get your hair done there for next to nothing you will probably wait so long waiting for this offer to arrive that your hair will have been cut 4 or 5 times while waiting.Snootchie Bootchies!0

Yeh, but if you go to your local college set aside a large chunk of your day as the students can be VERY SLOW. My husband works at a college and he tried this idea once. Just ONCE........
He has what one barber called "very STRONG hair"

I sent off the voucher for a free haircut from prima mag i got a letter the other day saying i can have my cut anytime from now until 2007 plus if i want to have a colour its 10% off and theres a free gift to the value of £50 when i go and that was from the hair group0

I had a haircut at a very nice salon via the hair group for free (2004).
I also had a half price colour at the same time and got some clarins free gifts (the salon did beauty stuff as well).
I got special offers from them afterwards but they were a bit expensive for general use.
I now get my haricut at the barbers for £12.95.
I have been to the college in the past but once it took 3 hours (first hair cut) and the times were not very convenient.
I think the barbers is a good choice.
I am now prepared to go every 6 weeks rather than stretching it to 8 and I'm willing to tip them as well.0 -
I sent off the Weight Watchers coupon relating to the same hair group and had a phone call two weeks later from my local paticipating salon to organise my appointment.
I had a great cut & blow dry for FREE! Nice to be pampered for once.0 -
