I thought that straight away, but apparently they've been going for ages. Even though it doesn't look like it on the advert, the representatives stay in a different part to the customers for safety. Also, NatWest's website advises that all you can do is pay money in, cash cheques etc so ultimately the vans will have very little money on board; just what the customers pay in.

this time it was put through the window by my boyfriend who works in same place. i have no reason what so ever to doubt he put it through window, yesterday they came to pick up money from the place of work, which as it happens it was my boyfriends job to go out and give it to them, so he asked them what happened to the envelope that he put through the window and they were like 'we dont know' and he asked them if they remembered him coming to window and they said 'i dont know' some change from the definate answer i got yesterday, aparently also the money from last week off the van has yet to be counted so they could still find my money????? so i am confused as to how she could get me that 'i dont have it' answer yesterday, also my mother informs me that this is not the first time that this girl has mucked something up like this. so i think all these things will help in my case. am feeling a bit more positive!!

I have every sympathy with your loss, and I hope you get it back.

But from your explanation of what they said, it doesn't sound like they said they HAD the money - they just assured you they would LOOK for it.

of course she didnt say she HAD it, but she made out like she did is what am tryin to say. am going to go see the manager. am determined to get this money back!!
