In the Islington branch picked up a workbench, stickered at £19.99 reduced to £9.99, but which scanned at £6. Bargain! It's got an adjustable worksurface too (jaws rotate 90 degrees) like this one on Screwfix for £19.99 http://www.screwfix.com/app/sfd/cat/pro.jsp?cId=102091&ts=28575&id=36354#
Might pick up another one - at this price they're cheaper than a pair of trestles for supporting and cutting large boards...
    Nice to save.

In Honiton I got a pack of five Harris Platinum Paint Brushes reduced from £9.99 to £1.49. These were in the usual place for paint brushes and not on the shelves with sale stuff on. They've got none left in the Honiton store now, but I guess they may have them elsewhere.

After reading this thread I headed to Woollies today, and after much hunting found some great stationery offers. :j
Came out with BAGS of stuff, nothing more than £1, most only 50p. Might encourage my lot to actually DO some school work, or then again, probably NOT.
