I bought 2 Leapster LeapPad books. They usually retail at about £11.99 or £12.99. They went through at £2 and £3. It wasn't obvious they were in the sale, just a tiny ticket on the shelf.

i got 2 groovy chick party packs for £1 each, have tablecloth, cups and serviettes in i think, reduced from £4.99, ace for dd birthday in a few weeks, also a little cuddly lamb that was all dirty for 20p reduced from £3.99, cos he was so forlorn looking i couldn't leave him. and some disney birthday cards, pack of 8 for 50p. pooh bear ones.

Bought Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cap for £1 (in fact bought 2) and 8 tennis balls for £3. (Torquay)

I eventually found some bargains in our store gorgeous girls and boys shoes and trainers for a £1 a pair. I managed to get some girls sequined espadrilles (or whatever they called) and some toe post sequinned sandals so good quality shoes not just carp.

Today I found a delightful summer patio set for little children which included a table, 2 chairs and a parasol reduced from £39.99 to £10.00. There is a similar one in the ELC for £75, also 5 Pairs of socks for £1.00 and a frame reduced from £3,99 to £1.49 but went throught the till at 25 pence.

just found today, chad valley dressing up boxes containing 6 outfits. boys is called 'heroes 6 in 1 dress up' and has fireman, policeman, builder, soldier, ninja and knight

girls has 5 pink outfits - fairy, ballerina, princess etc [2 more I can't remember] and witch.

i got a few notepads today in the woolworths in chigwell for like 10 and 20p and everyone knows woolworths stationary is a bloody rip off!!! one notepad for like £1.50 lol any way i also saw a party smoke machine for £3 but my mum wouldnt let me buy it...

I was the Big W store in Manchester and hardly any bargains and scattered throughout the store, not much in the toy or home department only bargains appeared in the party section i.e. party packs, plates etc bought power rangers items reduced to about 50p-25p.
