Yes i used to work at woolworths, definately open today! How i miss having the odd gummy bear while walking around the shop floor hehe

While mentioning woolworths thought i'd include this too:

Free DVD recorder when you buy a 32" Tv; http://www.woolworths.co.uk/ww_p2/promotions/index.jhtml?fid=feat5660004
    I'm better off without you.

loads of stationary and pens for 20p,50p and £1 in the Slough store. Stocked up as the kids are back at school tomorow.
Also had loads of party plates, dishes and cups in nice patterns reduced to 50p
  • So it was my first Saturday job and guess what... although I could eat as much picknmix as I liked, I always felt somewhat sickened by the sickly sweet smell constantly as I worked on that section.

Alas it was the best Saturday job one could have wanted between GCSE's and A Levels and I only left when I moved away for Uni.

The girls I worked with were great - especially the Saturday crew and we always had a laugh.

LOL! And there's me thinking it was related to the constant fall in the Woolworths share price over the past year

Did you ever weigh those mini mars/bounty/etc bars? Buying a bunch of them worked out cheaper than buying a full sized bar :)

Me too! Yep, the weekend crew rocks! I only filled those containers a few times, but i know the smell you're talking about...the sugar coated cherry cola bottles were the worst!
    I'm better off without you.
