why does my you tube on i phone seem to lock itself and stop me from using it

well as the title suggests,,,i got me i phone from apple.....and i have bought my tariif on line thanks to you guys and i got double tarrifs wey hey.On the first day of using it i could access you tube,,now i cant:mad::mad: just wandered why this is....i am new to i phones so i am still finding my way round it
