Buyer has responded with the following:-
i don't need the product anymore
i am very sorry !! Buyer has only 1 feedback so not a regular ebay user. Case is still open, will wait another week before closing it.
You should have the option of closing it now and reclaiming your fees, but buyer now can leave feedback, however there are certain categories that are subject to removal after an NPB. If he does leave a neg, come back and ask again.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Yes, as soolin says.
I too would now close the dispute by raising to a claim. The response given by the buyer shows now they have no intent on paying for the item. No reason to wait any longer."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
