Hi, wife recently rang up tmobile to pay this months phone bill... she was told it was £182. Obviously she refused to pay this as an average bill for her comes in at £50.

Below is the bill:

This all adds up to: £173.44

OK, so i'll explain....

She ran up to have Web 'n' Walk added to her contract, so she could browse facebook etc while out and about / breaks at work. She specifically told the call centre worker that she wanted the internet web n walk. It appears she has had the Blackberry email added instead. Obviously she didnt want this, and hasnt used the feature. AND has been charged for her internet usage - £19.51 +VAT.

AND theres an early termination fee of £98.04... what the hell's that for?

T-Mobile are being very unhelpful, don't seem to think that their non-english speaking member of staff was at fault, and wont explain the hundred quid cancellation fee.

anyone else having problems? oh and t-mobiles response... "if you don't pay this bill we'll cut you off". nice.

The above charge is usually because the contract has been cancelled. They work out how long you have left on your contract times that by how much your price plan is and then they arrive at the figure.

The Non DD charge of £3 is because you dont pay by direct debit.

Request to speak to a manager and demand that they find the recording of your call if you cant get any joy.
