Does my 02 XDA Mini-S come unlocked? I wish I knew!

Hey, I'm selling my unwanted upgrade on eBay but before I list it, I want to make sure of something.
Does anyone know if it comes locked only to 02 or open to all networks? It's O2 branded on the box but then they always are.
Can it be used with any network?

All the O2 XDA mini`s ive seen have come unlocked, easy way to find out would be to insert any other network simcard.
If you find its locked , it can easily be unlocked by uploading a small file to the handset via activesync
