    my firmware is v 3.0546.2.3 18/11/05 rm-84, would that be any good for sat nav, by the way most computer fairs sell the software, last one i went to it was 5 pounds or buy 3 for ten pounds, and they also had the gps for 50. but noticed on a well known auction site they sell for slightly less

    Apparently if you turn the map off for the N70 tomtom will work....but obviously some times the maps are more then usefull!!!! Instead you just get really BASIC arrow graphics!!

    think the one at the pc fairs is called TOM TUM, and its supposed to be latest edition, and very good, my trouble is i,m a truck driver, would love one that shows bridge heights, i wonder if any of you good people out there know of any sat navs that do this
