pitkin2020, it is a very very bad idea to list a fake anything as it is illegal both to sell and to buy fakes in the UK. The reason why all these listings are getting pulled in the first place is because of the amount of dodgy items out there, ebay will often just pull everything on the basis that it might be fake. If you have goods that you think may be fake dispose of them quietly, technically even charity shops shouldn't take them but many will, if you ar ecaught trying to sell these items then worst case scenario is a custodial sentence.

OP unless you can prove this dress is genuine, and I think that would be almost impossible, I would just add it to the charity shop pile. Consider it Karma, they might make a few pounds out of it.

I have a "genuine" Burberry shirt (it's vile - a gift from a broke person who I did a favour for!), but as I have no authenticity for it, I wouldn't be able to sell it.

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
