    Can't believe they gave him detention at 4! Poor little thing :'( At that age it's just a funny sounding word, they don't mean it with any intent.

    I agree with you about the f word, I'd go mad if either of mine picked that up while they are both so young.

    was the big brother panto on channel 4 too?

    all 4 year olds get detention, even for trivial things like fidgeting during school assemblies :-( a teacher at the school has a 4 year old who's had quite a few detentions already, she says 'well, he's got to learn (how to sit still and be quiet)' but i do think it's hard for a lot of 4 year olds, they are only 48 months old!

    i got this reply when i mailed them again asking why they hadn't responded to my complaint:

    Dear Ms ****, please accept my apologies for the delay in response. Be advised that your complaint with regards to the subtitling of this programmes has been logged and is being investigated. I can assure you that as soon as we have information on how this error occurred we will be contacting you, but be assured we are looking into this as a matter of urgency, in the meantime, please accept my apologies for the obvious discomfort you have been subjected to due to this error.
