dialaphone - redemption claim with incorrectly dated Vodafone bills

Hi!
I'm new to forums, I tried to see if anyone had mentioned this before but couldn't find anything - if I'm being blind please can someone point me in the right direction!
I got a free phone from Dialaphone in January, purely because with all the offers and cashbacks it worked out 100% free!!! Unfortunately I'm about to make redemption claim 1 (of 3) and I've now hit a snag...
It's month 6 and to claim my £90 redemption I have to send dialaphone my bill dated between 27 Jun and 27 Jul. The trouble is my last bill is dated 26 Jun and the bill I received notification of today is dated 28 Jul - neither are in the given period! :mad:
I have to get this non-existant '27 Jun - 27 Jul bill' to dialaphone between 27 Jul and 27 Sep and I have no idea what to do! If anyone can help I would be really really grateful - I just can't afford not to get this £90 redemption

Read the t&c carefully. It is likely that is the claim window rather than the bill date. You can also call them to ask if in doubt; Phones4u is the company now and their cashback department is extremely helpful and easy to extract answers from. They will also give you a reference number for the call, which you should keep a note of. I suspect it is the June bill which you need to send - in which case your claim window has already closed. Explain after reading the t&c very carefully and they may be able to help.0

Thanks mobilejunkie, but the required bill date is definitely 27 Jun - 27 Jul, the claim window is 27 Jul - 27 Sep, so only just opened today. The t&c's are refreshingly clear but do state two things which worry me -
1) Regarding which bill is to be sent for claim 'please refer to the actual bill date rather than the bill period'of course I don't have any bills within the specified dates...
2) 'Please note that the time limits for redemption claims are strict and that claims will not be approved if deadlines are missed or the wrong document is sent'
Ah, well, if you say the cashback department is helpful then there is still hopeThanks for that!

Well, if they aren't helpful the t&c will have made it impossible for you to make a valid claim - and would therefore be unfair in a court of law. I am quite confident they will accept the July bill without any fuss. If not, you would have a good legal case (though I very much doubt it will be necessary to go that route with this company).0

I only use Phones4u and Mobilestoyourdoor. Since Dialaphone is now part of Phones4u I would use the number on their website. If they can't put you through they should be able to give you the correct number.0
