Does anyone watch the programme 'On thin Ice' about James Cracknell and Ben Fogle racing to the south pole......
The determination (and perhaps foolishness) of James Cracknell is amazing....pushing through unbelievable pain.....
I have been :T
i'm having a James Cracknell day. I decided to break in some new trainers I've been putting off doing for months. I wore them to the supermarket and decided to buy some of those gel blister plasters.........bit late though as the blister had built on one heel and burst by the time I got through the till...._pale_ I hobbled to the car and thought - if this is how 1 big burst blister feels after 2 minutes, imagine his pain for 2 weeks :eek::eek:"Stay Wonky":D

Hello Rinky Dink Pink Sammy :hello:
Got got to ask this - why are you studying at the moment, surely you will have forgotten it all by the time you come to sit the exam in December (I know I would of or perhaps you're brain works differently to mine )

I'm not! I just say I am........no seriously I am a little bit. I am doing P1 and I listen to the audio podcasts whilst doing the washing up/driving etc.....then I write it down into bite sized chunks....then I try to remember it and write it down again, and again, and again........I find it sinks in over time rather than trying to cram it in. I find it hard to concentrate for long periods of time so do bits.
I am also studying advanced tax, but that is because it is useful in my job and I can apply that on a day to day basis. Not sure what I will be sitting exam wise (depends on the dreaded results)....Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
