Does anyone have a definitive answer on whether BT is now able to itemise ALL calls on their bills (including those made in their 'all inclusive packages').
    Yes.

I am only on the Unlimted Weekend calls plan and my Orchid only routes my weekend 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870 calls via BT but, online, my bill at the end of the month shows the date and time of every call together with the number dialled, the duration and the cost of each individually (all were, of course, £0.00).
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.
  • From your online BT account download the full list of calls, available as a .CSV file, which lists every call including all the free included ones (but not 0800). Open it as a XLS spreadsheet and print.
