BT - Itemised Calls

Does anyone have their "free"/inclusive calls itemised with BT?

I have my landline with BT and my calls with Talk Talk (24/7) but am thinking of returning to BT for calls as well as line rental but only if all my calls will be itemised.

I really need all my calls itemised and as far as I know BT only itemise paid for calls, not inclusive ones.

    Is there any way to have them itemised or any plans to have them itemised in the future? I have paper free billing, so it would be online. Surely they have to take the non chargeable calls off the list of calls, so could they just not have all calls listed with or without a charge?

    With BT it is not possible to have itemised call details added on your online bill, for calls that included in your call package or that are not charged. BT will only show itemised call details for call that are chargeable. At the moment there is no plans to have this information included online.

    My telephone supplier ( not BT ) gives an itemised bill of all calls, chargeable or not, you have a choice.

    This is crazy. Itemised calls should be available for all calls. I have just taken out an unlimited anytime package as I am doing some work from home. I need to be able to prove I have made business calls and also track how long I have spent making them.

    The calls are chargeable £4.95 per month !!

    Strange thing: I made an inclusive weekend call as a test earlier this month and it does show up as itemised on my online bill with the number, length of call (10 mins) and charge (0.00).

    I am on the Unlimited Weekend Plan, my calls are with another provider (mostly free anyway) and I made this call via 1280. The bill even has a usage category in the drop-down box of usage types: "Evening and Weekend Calls".

    Does no sound right to me, I can see online all my inclusive Evening & Weekend calls showing a cost of 0.00 each.

    Hi,

    Thought I'd resurrect this thread.

    Does anyone have a definitive answer on whether BT is now able to itemise ALL calls on their bills (including those made in their 'all inclusive packages').

    I'm thinking of subscribing to their 'Unlimited anytime' package, but only if I can get complete itemisation of all calls.
