Nokia 5800 problems ?

Hi everyone.
I love my 5800 but recently have been having problems with it. Was wondering if anyone could suggest what I could do.

I have been experiencing problems with receiving texts, some texts come through ok, and on time, but some nearly 24 hours later.
Also I have noticed, that not so often but some of my texts fail when Im trying to send, therefore I have to resend.

Also, when Im trying to call someone, it sometimes says "Connection Error" or "Network Busy", but after a few attempts, the calls seem to go through.

And last but not least, I've noticed that the phone looses reception, or restarts itself, without me even touching it. Mind of its own lol.

Im on the THREE network, if that helps, however, today I tried with a Virgin sim card, and same things are happening.

Any suggestions as to what I could do? I bought it from Nokia website in March, so its still under guarantee....

You have said it yourself - it's still under guarantee Is there a Nokia shop near where you live? If you just take it there (since you bought direct from Nokia) and tell them these issues you are experiencing, they will take the phone in for a few days and do any necessary repairs on it.

Alternatively, Carphone Warehouse also repair phones under warranty - you could try one of those.

If you call Nokia Care up they would also be able to better advise you.

I am on three network and receiving texts after 24 hours is common. I till not be the phone but the damned network. :mad::eek:
