I have just put a batch of veg soup in the slow cooker. Never attempted to make soup before but was given some home grown veg from a friend and so decided to have a go. I have just chopped everything finely added a chicken stock cube and seasoning.
The kitchen looks a mess again though so got to quickly tidy up all the mess again. A woman's work is never done

I give up, I've run out of things to distract me from flying so I suppose I had better start on the kitchen.
Looks like rain, kids have just come running in from the back shouting that they hate rain hehe! Ahhh well, washing will have to go in TD I suppose.

WOOOOO HOOOOO!!!!! I'm so pleased. I've just been to collect some Ikea Billy bookcases from someone on Freecycle. They're in really good condition, and are the larger size, (even better) so that's saved us £60. :money:

Right... fridge, cupboard sort, and make lunch for everyone.

We've just had what can only be described as a 'Sharp Shower' WOW that was some amount of rain!!!

I just wrote a really dim post that went astray so I will start again

My friends daughter is having a baby at the end of September and I would like DD and I to have a go at making a baby gift cake like the one that ?holly? or nicki? I can't remember who made for their friend. Please don't be upset because I can't remember your name as I can't remember my sons' names! I wou;d like to add the baby cake onto my to do list if I can find it on here.

    1. list videos on Amazon
    2. Add more books on Amazon
    3. Sort coats to go to charity shop
    4. Clear out DS2s box under his bed
    5. list summer tops that don't fit on ebay.

    Found it!

Woohoo I am now getting somewhere !! It seemed like a slow start but everything is slotting in to place now.

I have even managed to iron 20 items and put most of them away - off to do the last few and then I might treat myself to 10 mins on FaceBook.

I have started the fridge - thrown out loads so need to get back in to not wasting food too. I cannot believe everything went so wrong just because we had no computer :(

Have to say I am dreading the next couple of weeks because I have to start some medication which I have been warned will make me ill while I adjust to it but hoping to at least manage level 1/2 as long as I do level 3's this week.

Well done everyone who has managed todays tasks !!

Also Happy Birthday to Orkney Star for tomorrow

Mudbath - So sorry to hear about your cat :( we have 6 at the moment as we are meant to be re-homing some kittens but I can't see me being able to get rid of them !!

    T xx
