15.3 If you have a Pay As You Go account and you do not use this account to connect to the internet for a period of ninety days or more, we may terminate your account and any associated email account(s) or products. We will give you at least 14 days' notice before we do this.

Just dial-up every 90 days.
I suggest that you put it on your calendar/diary. Might sound sad, I know, but if you want the BT e-mail address then that's the only way. I also suggest that you do it more than every 90 days; say 80 just incase you forget or are too busy.0 -
or pay for the premium mail service, I do i cant gaurentee that I will use the dial up every 90 days0

Problem is i have now got broadband with another service provider.0

you can still use dial up with a broadband. You'll just need to connect and disconnect again.0

It doesn't stop you dialling up to BT or any other provider for that matter. You may have to change some settings in Outlook Express if you wish to send from the BT account whilst connected to your broadband provider.joffy wrote:Problem is i have now got broadband with another service provider.0 -

If broadband is down, you can use dial-up.k8vin wrote:why have broadband and use dial up?
Also, as has already been mentioned, you need the dial-up connection to keep the e-mail account open.0 -
They used to but I am not sure they do it now. I have always used bt mail and had it suspended once over a year ago. Since getting it reactivated I have always used other dial up isp's and have not been suspended or recieved a warning since. Could it be when they became bt yahoo mail?0
