E2save Cashback Conundrum
I signed up to a 12 month free mobile deal with E2save at the end of March. The cashback is to be claimed by sending them my 4th, 8th and 12th monthly bills.
The problem is the vouchers leaflet E2save sent me includes a table showing which monthly bills will be needed. This works on the basis that you will receive your first bill in the same month that you purchase the contract.
However in my case I got my first bill in April so I will receive my 4th bill in July and not June as their leaflet suggests. Therefore do I follow their table to the letter and send them my June bill or my 4th (July) bill???

With e2save the paperwork asks for bill 4 or bill 8 whatever and that is what I have always sent them. I have had several contracts with them and apart from once, have always received my cashback.
BIll 4 to me is the bill that I receive '4th' regardless of what period it covers.

you send them your 4th bill
if that's the one you get in July, then that's the one you send

i have found e2save to be very good. best thing for you to do is to go their website and log in with your order id number and email address. one you are logged in, click on the "offer" heading. it will tell you clearly which bills you need to send in.0

Thanks for confirming that for me - most of the info E2save provides about claiming cashback seems pretty good apart from that.0

don't worry, I've just sent off my April bill because it's the 4th one I've received but that website says to send off my May bill!
I suspect a deliberate attempt to confuse! :rolleyes:You'll always miss 100% of the shots you don't take - Wayne Gretzky

I also signed up to a 12 month free mobile deal with E2save at the end of March. The cashback is to be claimed by sending them my 4th, 8th and 12th monthly bills.
I emailed them at the helpdesk asking the same question and within a couple of hours a nice lady rang me back and said as the phone was purchased at the end of March the June bill would be required. Apparently it is something to do with the month of purchase.
Can anyone else please confirm this.0 -
Tony - the only thing I can suggest (which is what I may do) is send them the June bill. If they get back to me saying it's the wrong one then I'll send them the July bill.
I don't see how they could invalidate the claim seeing as they've given out conflicting information.
(I think more chequeback vouchers can be downloaded somewhere on their site if needed)0 -
Malc, that's what I intend to do. Send them the June bill and if they say it's the wrong one then send them the July bill.
You can download the vouchers from:-
