orange contract 1st contract

Hi, I have a question, i got a call from orange who i have been with for 10 years on pay as you go. Now i got sold a contract deal. i have just got the phone on friday, since friday i have been trying to get the contract details in writting but it seems no person from orange can send me details on my package i have been told i get 600 min 500text then i got told i get 300 min and 500 text then i got told 400 min and 500 text and the last time i rang up i got 400min and 300text i think. even i am confussed. i have been told by orange to wait for my bill next month but then my 7 days cooling period will be over. so i rang to find out if i can get an e-mail or a letter but i have been told they cannot do this. what should i do???

i have been on there website and registered but there it says recon 25 saver i get 200min it even does not state my monthly payment with should be £9.97

what i got told was i get 200min and 300 text and then loyalty 200min but the system will only show 200min and i will have to pray i dont go over this and find out when i get a bill.

please help as i will have to cancel on monday if i dont get something in writting i didn't even get the terms and conditions
