I haven't received that e-mail yet... I wait with bated breath!0

I'm doubting that we'll get them, and their 'alternative' will probably consist of a cheap Relisys-type brand alternative, but respect to them for that email. I dont' think I've ever seen any other company make such a promise in this type of circumstance.0

Got the email too. It says "will offer a full cancellation" which means they may just offer a refund which isn't what we want!0

Am i correct in presuming you won't be ordering 29+ based on this "Watchdog" information?

Just received this-
We will update you as soon as we know and will offer a full cancellation or an alternative model if we are unable to supply, however, we would like to stress to you at this time that we will strive to fulfil your order........ please bear with us.

What does full cancellation mean? ??? as we haven't paid for them yet?0 -
I wonder why they are only charging £19.99 postage for the Philips - 23PF9946, while they were charging £34.99 for the Philips 23PF9945?
Look pretty much the same sizewise? In fact looking generally at the delivery costs on TV's......£34.99 seems very much the exception.0 -
maybe they are shipping it direct from Taiwan to our houses
