im not sure whats going on with paypal they have restircted my account twice now in 5 weeks but last time it resolved itself the same day. over 50% of the items Ive sold are payments on hold. Try to give them a call tomorrow, if you manage to speak with someone your account might get sorted sooner, then you can do the refund and get paid again.0
