One small thing that worked for me was to lock the treat things for packed lunches (crisps, breakfast bars and even fruit!) in the boot of my car until I made them up.

This also worked for general food like breakfast cereal and bread...but best not to leave milk or meat in there! :rotfl:
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Please list your total debt, without it, we don't have the full picture of your financial status and therefore we could be making the wrong comments to you.

  • Hi nicnak
It might be best to do a revised SOA with all of your debts listed, this will help people give you the best advice.
I would recommend joining the Grocery Challenge on the Old Style board, everyone will help you get your shopping bill down a good bit.
    Good luck
