E2save line rental/tariff price

Hi, I am about to purchase a phone from e2save, but I am a bit confused in regards to the tariff/line rental part of the deal-it states, however, that the line rental is £30 p/m with the tariff also at £30 p/m, does this mean that the line rental and tariff are seperate monthly charges or both the same thing? (i.e will the contract cost £60 p/m rather than £30,)
