To quote one of your other posts:

"The OP made a statement of events as he recalled. If you can't take that at face value and show the respect that all posters deserve then **** off."

If you are going to quote things entirely out of context then presumably you will be able to resolve this yourself.

That comment was directly aimed at someone who called a new member seeking help a LIAR. Funnily enough, I objected. Read the thread properly.

I'm actually quite interested in whatever it is you've received. It is taking time (or has so far) for you to realise what is relevant.

Answer peoples' questions and you may well find a solution. You will certainly know where you actually stand rather than being in the dark and worried.

This sounds as though it could well prove to be a real court issue but people just need to verify this. The 45 pound fee makes it sound quite odd.

    Once verified people will help.

I agree with the above comment re typing in the contents. Mistakes will happen and the smallest mistake in the wrong place can change the meaning of text. For example just a missing comma can be enough to dramatically change the meaning, which is why they are avoided like the plague by the more skilled members of the legal profession.

As ever it is the facts that matter before the law. Without the exact facts people here cannot give advice with any reliability at all and so are unwilling to guess. It could transpire that, due to lack of visibility of all the facts, the advice turns out to be wrong and that you end up in a worse situation. No one wants to do that to you.

Additionally in typing out letters you have received we can't be sure that spelling/grammar errors are typos on your part, or are actually in the documents.
A surprising amount of literature from PPC's contain such errors, which are not found in official court documents.

Don't you just love this bit, all for a parking ""fine""
    make a clamping rder
refer your case to cour, which may decide to increase your fine by %50, take further action or commit you to prison

Until the OP manages to get a scanner or camera working we can't advise but the bit above does not look very much like any official document I've seen here or on Pepipoo.

Warning do not trust Quentin's posts. He does not know what he is talking about most of the time, lies, is slightly delusional and is the village idiot of mse.

I don't know what your problem is with Quentins posts on this thread, nor do I want to, but so far he has only asked the same as we have and that is to get more information from the OP.
To quote Forum Etiquette "arrow.gif Pls be nice to all MoneySavers. There's no such thing as a stupid question, and even if you disagree courtesy helps.

--- and all eleven bells' posts are identical and made this morning? Bit childish? No indication of any post ever seeking advice that anyone could have responded to and caused any upset??
