over the last 3 years less than half the caskbacks of over £50 was paid out.

You have been unusually loyal to them if they have been doing this to you for 3 years!

Why do you persevere with them?

As already posted, if your experience was the norm, we would all have heard about it (thanks to the net), and no-one would bother with them if it meant only getting less than half your decent cashback transactions paid out!

There is plenty of competition to go to! (Paying the same (or more) as they do)

Contact the Rac on 0808 101 6475 and do the complaints procedure. They will look into it and give you a response as to whether there was a payment made.
    Lets not use quidco

I did not do anything I should not have done like visiting comparison site (did but on another computer to avoid this) is this not a bit unfair though?

So you did use a comparason site, did you use you correct name and address and car details ?

    Hahaha.
    Threatening Quidco with Trading Standards.

I think this feels unfair. The T&C's may state the facts, which you will have to accept, however, I know personally I search for the best deal with insurance and double check the pay out and make a decision based on that (plus a few other factors of course).

If you have the policy, which you do, and raised the enquiry within the time frame, which you did - I can't understand why they would decline it?

I have found quite a few times on Quidco my payments were not tracked, enquiries were opened and message after message sent to no avail. Or transactions were tracked, then cancelled without reason and no real explanation given by Quidco. I still have transactions that have been validated but not paid since 2007!!!!!

And Quidco charge £5 a year....

So, vote with your feet - use another cash back site.

I use Topcashback and (touching wood here) haven't had a problem so far. They're brilliant in chasing enquiries up and have been extremely helpful to me. Plus they don't charge a fee.

Trouble is if the OP used a comparason site using his details, then the comparason site will more than likely get the cashback as they introduced them first, and i guess this is only fair

When i use comparason sites i use a false name, a slightly different address and manually add my car and dont put in the number plate

Hi, I took out car insurance with Arriva recently via Quidco and it hasn't tracked into my Quidco account. The cashback offered is £85.00 and the premium was £40.00 cheaper than eslewhere, so I would be £45.00 to the good.

I completed it in one new quote transaction, having already checked the premium on the Arriva website a week earlier.

Now it was less than two weeks ago and I do have a 14 day cancellation period. Should I cancel the policy and look elsewhere on the basis Quidco tracking time for Arriva is 0-2 days.

    Thanks

When will people realise that getting cashback from Quidoc is a bonus. You are not guaranteed a penny.

    Example.....
Car Insurance Quote A = £200...Not on Quidco.
    Car Insurance Quote B = £220.... £50 Quidco cashback.

I would go with A everytime.
I have earned a prety packet using Quidco BUT I only go with them if I need the item OR the insurance is cheaper anyway (even without the cashback).

    quidco sucks

    there customer service is crap

the majority of the time they dont reply to peoples messages and when they do they just provide a generic response

when people vent oin the quidco blog about the non responses they get removed by quidco

topcashback however as a goodwill gursture pay on declined claims if it is proven that the transaction qwas genuine

    go with them in future
