Picture Messaging: Standard Virgin Mobile flexitariff (30p per message at any time, either in the UK or abroad)

Rollover: Yes unused minutes will rollover for one month Terms and Conditions Specific

These customers will also qualify for the 1000 free SMS messages per month, until Sept 30th to other Virgin Mobile numbers

These will be available in Virgin Mobile Stores from 18th Apr

They still dont seem as competitive as the T-mobile Flext plans. As virgin use the T-mobile network, people may as well go direct with T- Mobile.
