To save me sending everyone a personal copy of the receipe I am posting it so you can all write it down. :)

It makes one whiskey bottle and a glass full to taste.

    1/2 pint single cream
    1 tin condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp chocolate sauce (just to colour)
1/4 tsp almond essence (no more)
    3 eggs
1 tea cup of whiskey (cheap is fine)

Put all the ingredients into a bowl (lightly whisk the eggs before adding) Whisk slowly, then bottle and refridgerate.

    Keep in the fridge.

    Enjoy!

I will just say it doesn't keep for weeks. Personally I've never made a bottle last more than a week. :rotfl:

Wouldn't the eggs be a bit iffy after a couple of days. 1a_y_sick1.gif
  • Would it be ok to put it in the fridge?

I've never had a problem. Maybe its the combination of whiskey and sugars that help?

    It must be kept refridgerated.

  • Oooooh that's a different recipe to one I used to use, which had Camp coffee in it, and I don't recall using eggs either. Will have to see if I can find the recipe somewhere :D
