Can anyone help with a template letter i can send to Moorcroft?
Have just received a letter of intended litigation (its for a debt with Sainsburys Credit Card £2,700.00)
Last paid £1.00 November '08. Letters written to Sainsburys and Blair Oliver Scott solicitors. Have had no formal letter agreeing to offer of £1.00 a month from anybody?!
And now this Moorcroft are involved.
Who should i be dealing with?!!!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hiya
Stall things send a CCA - that buys you a month or so to prove they have a valid agreement. Moorcroft are scum and easy to get on side, dont worry - they cannot make you bankrupt or anything!
I've just created a thread have a read of this and i'll post you a letter in a minute...http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=18375072010 - year of the troll

Really? But at £1 it'll only take 225 years to repay. I think it's ridiculous that nobody is taking you up on your offer!!!"A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0 -
I think you need to provide a breakdown of your income/expenduture, although dont be suprised however if the lender doesnt ask for proof0
