    hi everyone

I went to tescos last night on the way home from work (around 9.3-pm grrrr!) and they were giving away all the bread - FREE!! So I grabbed about 5 loaves... my freezer is happy :p

    I've been Money Tipped!
All that I saw at the local Tescos I was in was 2 decomposing mangoes and they wanted a mind blowing 20p each for them, they were totally rotten throwing away material. The peppers that were left weren't much better. Totally minging. Everything else was way overpriced for stuff they wanted shot off, 69p for a loaf, that's practically full price for the type of loaf they was on sale and a use by date of today.

Pikelets is another name for crumpets :D

Depends if you are talking about the UK or Australia.

As the pikelets I had out in OZ where no way like a crumpet. They where what are called dropped scones in the UK.

In the uk I believe it it taken to mean crumpets.

Mind you that comes from somebody who had never even heard of them before.
