i spent £40  on bargains
i picked up loads and loads of pre made triple packs of sandwiches for 20p each mostly indian/chicken flavour which my oh loves so these are promptly getting stashed away in my 7ft freezer this will save me making sandwiches for the next few weeks for him! :j me thinks other half might get a wee bit sick of them after a while though  and loads of fresh cream cakey buns for 19p i might just have to force myself to induldge a little sod the diet! after all they are going out of date if i dont!
and 6 cartons of freshly squeezed orange juice for 20p a carton of which i have promptly frozen 5 of them, loads of bags of veg n fruit down to 20p this trolley load should last me a couple of weeks for 3 adults so all in all a good shop. cheers mr sainsbury  proper prior planning prevents !!!!!! poor performance!

So it would seem, lol, I'm still not used to shops being open any later than 4pm on Sundays and I've been living up here for over 2 years now!I have the mind of a criminal genius. I keep it in the freezer next to Mother....0 -

I legged it down to Sainsbury's expecting to get a trolleyful of bargains...but there was literally NOTHING to be had!!! OK, the fish counter was half price or less, but I am not a fish person in any shape or form. I'm really disappointed as this store is definitely closed tomorrow. Maybe when it opens again on Monday they will have cut the price of their easter eggs, and maybe even their daffs will be reduced. Ah well!!
Spendless it seems to be just the big shops that shut, ie supermarkets, Ikea, B&Q etc, plus the High Street shops. Smaller shops that are normally open for Sunday papers, and corner shops seem to open up anyway.0 -
