Ive had a MESH PC for 4 years now. Pretty happy with it. Only downside is that the customer service back then was appauling. I ordered a PC so the delivery man comes and I have a monitor yes, speakers yes......where is the base unit??! So basically the delivery guys go it was on a seperate delivery and because nobody was home they dropped it off at the MESH HQ. Lucky for me its only 15mins or so away from where I live. But when I arrive they have no idea where my computer is?!?!? omg What a !!!!!! up. After a couple of days they ring up saying oh yeh they found it after denying knowledge of having it in their HQ. What a bunch of idiots lol But still delivery man should never have dropped it off at the HQ in the first place so.....they arnt totally to blame I guess. :P Still wouldnt mind buying from them again tho.0

I purchased 6 pc,s from Mesh for work with a 3 year on site warranty. 4 of the 6 kept cutting off with no warning. I was told that this fault was not covered for an on-site visit. I returned them to Mesh and was told nothing was wrong and I would have to pay £40 per unit to have them returned. After 3 months of phone calls I eventually got them back but they still keep cutting off. In the mean time I went to P C World and purchased 6 more HP pc's and have not had a single problem.
Stay away from Mesh !!
the guarantee is worthless.0
