Last minute flight to Dalaman

I am looking to get a last minute flight to Dalaman any time after 4th August this summer for approx 7-10 days holiday (accommodation all sorted) I keep checking approx flight prices for the next 10 days to see what the approx last min price would be. I've found some really cheap (for Turkey) flights with flythomascook (hypothetically for Monday) £87 return (plus £15 extra for baggage) but as the departure date is within the next 4 days (my hypothetical travel date) it wont let me remove the inflight meal, which means I am paying £15 for a crappy in flight meal I dont want!! Is there any way around this..... ? ? I know I could book further in advance and can eliminate the meal option but the prices are higher further in advance.... (sorry if i'm not making sense)

You could try ringing them but they are difficult to get through too, or go into one of their shops which is the better option. I would imagine they have some clause that you have to take a meal on a late booked flight (Stealth charge). I'm not a big fan of Thomas Cook but the overall price of £117 seems reasonable for an airport outside London area. From memory I think they will also add a payment charge which is higher for credit than debit cards. If you are happy with the total price would go for it.

i am also looking for flights to Dalaman around that time but can not see anything around £89.99 RTN nothing anywhere near. Can anyone point me in right direction

Even the travel agent cant remove the meals within 4 days of travel so no point in wasting money in phone calls, the meals arent too bad nowadays, well actually i quite like them lol. The credit card charge is 2.25% unless its a thomas cook 1 and debit cards are free. On the scale of things the flights are still a bargain with meals included.

Dont worry there will be flights at a cheaper price last minute nearer the time when you wana go (thats what i'm waiting for too) fingers crossed its a good price. Just keep checking every day till you are ready to go x
