Getting a refund... advice please.

I did try it instore & it seemed ok at the time, but that wasin their overly bright well lit shop! In normal conditions the image is very dark - even if you try to lighten it/compensate and anything above 200 iso is very grainy and not at all what I would expect since I paid around £200 for it. I only bought it last week, & I'm very dissapointed so I'm going to take it back & see what they say, I don't mind swapping for another model. thanks for yr advice.
