TC bathroom sanitary ware or Aquabliss?

We purchased a shower tray from Aquabliss which proved to be the wrong fit for our bathroom. We spent £80 to courier the shower back only to find out that this company is run by a bunch of completely dishonest people who claimed the shower tray (which was never removed from it's packaging) was damaged. After chasing for images for 2 weeks to prove damage we have received nothing. DO NOT by from these cowboys! They have taken our money and are refusing to refund us. Absolutely disgusted

One of the worst companies I have the misfortune to purchase from. Did not deliver in time. When I phoned to ask where the product was, they had no idea. Eventually they discovered it had been damaged in transit. No was thought it would be a good idea to call me. As I had the bathroom fitter booked in (and they could not deliver in time) I cancelled the order. 4 days later (when the new shower (from plumbline) had arrived and been fitted they said they are going to deliver. I explained that it had been cancelled. They took 3 weeks to refund me, minus the delivery charge of nearly £70. When I questioned this the customer services were rubbish. No not order from them, they are on the verge of scammers.

I would avoid Aquabliss based on my recent and ongoing experience with them.



I ordered several things from them in April (Bath, Toilet, Sink and Pedestal) but only part of the order arrived, and one bit that did arrive was the wrong item.


After about 10 phone calls and several emails I finally got the wrong item replaced with the correct one.


However, the missing items are still missing. After 5 missed deliveries (days where I waited in!) and 24 days after the actual order I cancelled the missing part and asked for a refund.



35 days after order, 15 days after asking for a refund I am still waiting for my refund. When you call customer services you are told by diffreent people, different dates when the refund was supposedely processed.



I am now proceeding through small claims court to get my money back.



It is without doubt, the worst online purchase I have ever made.
