Ok after 11 and a bit months I wrote recorded delivery to TT giving them 30 days notice of my intention to cancel both my phone and BB contract.
Got an email back with my MAC (?) code and shifted both my services elsewhere. Everything seemed to be fine.
But the broadband bills keep arriving and despite a couple of conversations with their Customer Non-Services and an explanation of the situation they still insist I owe them £70+.
I'm tempted to just let it run its course and ignore their invoices but whats the worse that could happen ?
If recorded delivery letters and calls to them go unrecognised what am I expected to do ?

Oh Oh,
This looks a bit familiar.

Do you see your bills? I got a notification email but can't view the bill. I wonder how much they are charging me?
As you say, letters go completely unanswered ( I haven't bothered about the bill side of things yet) and there is no way of speaking to anyone in authority.
This is such a lousy company and yet so many people are considering their latest offer.0 -
