Managed to get in fine using the last FOUR digits from my card..Bank Accounts - Barlcays Premier[/B] - £1000 o/d, HSBC - £200 o/d- First Direct - £500
Credit Cards - Barclaycard £2000 - Silver Card £1300 - Flybe £7500 - HSBC £1000 - First Direct £2500 First Direct Gold £3000
6 credit accounts closed in 2010!

i maned to get in ok it asks me for five digits i had such issues when i first went from 4 to 5 i thought it was crap
but it wrks fine now i been 5 digits for about

When I spoke to the guy on the phone he said it's FOUR for some people and FIVE for others....depending on your account/membership number.
All the people that have rung in with problems are using internet explorer version 8. He said if I tried to log on a different computer it would probably be ok. They are logging the error and will get back to me later today.

pass on this then im in IE8 too, with 5 digits and it was fine. it confused me for ages when mine changed from 4 to 5, you'd think it would be the same for everyone!!.............. :A.............0

Weird!! When they ring me back later I will see what I can find out about that as you would think it would be across the board
