I've only been with my bf for a year, so there aren't really that many things... yet. Though it does annoy me that although he earns a lot more than me monthly, he still asks me to sub him for the bus etc. And he's too tidy! I mean.. obsessively clean. And he can get quite jealous... he has this weird thing when I go out. He says he trusts me, but he doesn't trust men around me! I don't understand that one myself... I mean, it seems to me that if he trusts me that he should trust me to be able to say no.

Men! Can't live with them, can't live without them, eh?

I've just remembered what the thing we argue about the most is. Because he did it.

He interrupts me when I'm speaking, as soon as he thinks he has the gist of what I'm trying to say, and he's normally wrong so I first have to stop his flow of irrelevant speech and then remind him not to interrupt me, and then say what I meant to in the first place.

We argue quite a bit but that's because I've got a fairly short fuse and he knows exactly how to set me off! For instance, he broke a glass earlier, which he always does, he's quite clumsy and I've lost count of how many glasses, plates, etc.. he's broken, but he turned it around so that it was actually my fault for buying such a flimsy glass . He'll also deny I've told him something when I clearly have. That winds me up a treat too.

But he does his bit with the housework in fairness, more importantly he puts the bins out and cuts the grass! Oh and he cooks because I hate it. I do the washing and ironing, tidying, and the most important job of all, sorting the children out - dinner money, nursery and playgroup fees paid on time, unforms and other clothes sorted, swimming, gymnastics and cheerleading organised, subs paid, child delivered there on time in appropriate clothes, parties sorted, presents, etc... I could go on.

I think we're okay though - he's great with the kids and he puts up with me as much as I put up with him, although I think if I didn't pick arguments he wouldn't bother as he's not the type to argue normally. In fact that's another one of my bugbears - he's a bit of a doormat!!
