BE QUICK!... 10,000 Nectar points (£50) for Ford test drive

Still haven't got my points........how useless can FORD be?

My points have just shown up, slight problem though, the manager has only put 1,000 points on instead of 10,000. Looks like another visit to the Ford dealer later to try to sort this out.

This whole thing is really starting to annoy me now.

Atleast you got some points, still waiting here, might give them a ring and annoy them later.

Just checked and the points have been added.....about time too!!!!

after 6 weeks, phoned dealer who said it had been done and get on to nectar
nectar said call ford hq on 08457 111 888
ford hq had no record and said call dealer
called dealer who said that ford were crap and adding points and it could take 6 to 8 weeks and wait another couple of weeks, but he would try and resend email (no machine in dealership I think)

Am i so angry or what. 6wks ago went into ford dealer, test drove a (new)mondeo and bought it. Never knew about nectar points. Saved more than £50 on car though, but the most annoying fact is that my cousin is the manager at ford where we bought our car. He didnt say anything about the points, but he did give us the car well cheap and threw in all extra's...

He is away for a few wks now. Would i be able to do anything about this.

I'm in the same boat, called the dealership, Dagenham Ford in Alperton, but as yet no ones called me :mad:

He might have bagged the points on his nectar card
