Tiscali good will gesture

I have been with Tiscali for over a year, i have been paying £14.99 for a 1 meg broadband package and never had a problem with their service.I phoned them to cancel my contract as there are other cheaper offers around so i thought of trying another ISP.Tiscali offered me the same package at £12.99 as a good will gesture so i decided to stay with them.
so those of you who have been with tiscali (and are happy with their service!!) for over 12 months its worth giving them a call.if you ask for cancellation they will offer you a reduction to retain their customers.

Dont be surprised to be passed around various departments, make sure you are dialling the correct number as it is tiscalis policy that they cannot call back their customers.

I tried multiple times to call the billing and customer services number and when i press 1 for broadband I get disconnected every time. What should I do?0

does anyone know how much they will lower the 2mb service from tiscali (normally £17.99)? i want to get 2mb but its too expensive, im currently on the 1mb service from tiscali for £14.99.:j Smoke me a kipper: I'll be back for breakfast! :j0
