T-Mobile Coverage Problem?

My mrs got a mobile on T-Mobile from Dialaphone, she put the sim card in and discovered no signal here at the house, she also took it to work and again no coverage at work, she said when driving through town she had full signal so not an issue with the phone, but she is rarely in town.

She phoned Dialaphone who said because she had put the sim card in the phone the contract has no started and she can not returnmad.gif So what do we do now? We checked the Tmobile coverage map who said we will get at least 4 bars here at home, in reality we cant even get 1
