Best option for calls using Skype?
Can anyone advise me on the best way to make calls on skype, if there is no landline and need to buy a new mobile and laptop.
It's for a friend who is moving into new rented accomodation with no Sky either. Would it be better to have a landline put in with one of the tv packages etc and buy a cheap mobile?
I am in Spain and Skype is the cheapest way to keep contact with them.

They could get a cheap 3 payg skype phone and call you on skype for free.
