Claiming Money from Severn Trent

When we moved into the house Severn Trent insisted that our monthly direct debit should be £25 to cover the amount of water we would use (from their calculations)

We managed to haggle them down to £20 a month, however in the past year we have only used £120 of water (metered)

With paying £20 a month that means we should be using £240 of water, so technically we are £120 in credit

Has anyone ever tried claiming money back from Severn Trent? How easy is it?

If I were you I'd stop the DD. Are you sure your bill includes sewerage not just water?

    Sounds bl***dy cheap to me!
