    it could be in the long term.....it's something I've never taken before for erm.....lady type stuff :o so am going to see if it works and the other is to halt erm.......lady type stuff :o when I go on holiday. If the first one doesn't have any effect, the alternative is the pill, which is free anyway but no point in taking it if I don't have a need for it as a contraceptive.
