iphone 3gs: cant get web to work on 3g...

hiya, i bought a 3GS on pay-g the other day and ordered a 12 month simplicity sim inc. unlimited web bolt on.

i put the sim in the phone when it arrived and cant get the web to work when using 3g.

any ideas?

Have you changed the network APN settings to the ones required by the Simplicity tariff? The information is available on the O2 website.

no, i didnt change any settings. when i bought it at o2 the other day, they insisted on opening it and 'bricking' the phone and putting the pay-g sim in. wasnt happy, but agreed. i took out the pay-g sim and put the simplicity one in. when i try to connect to web via 3g, i get this message: could not activate cellular data network: you are not subscribed to a cellular data service

wouldnt mind sending me a link, would you? i cant seem to find it

O2 were having major nEtwork problems on Tuesday with 3G service so maybe that was your problem?
