Nearly all good, my Payday UK loan was matched to the £65 amount by TCB and the second one worked fine in my wife's name so I got £50 on that which was bumped up by TCB's extra percentage to £53.50!! :j

Then TCB part sorted out Payday Express who have now registed £20 cashback although it should have been £25 so TCB are still looking in to that but cancels out the interest so at least nothing lost.

All in £78.50 profit for a loan company giving me their money for a month :money:

Hi all

Mine has validated on 12th September so I hope the payment should go through soon. Been waiting a month for validation.

They have offered me loads more loans and payment deferral, all of which I have declined and will continue to decline.

Well, I never! An extra £15 cashback has now been validated, on top of the £50 originally paid. Thanks to Quidco for investigating and pursuing the claim. I wish I hadn't had to raise four tickets for this to happen but at least there is a system there to rectify complaints once one can get Quidco staff to pay attention.

you can call and repay early over the phone, but wait until its shown as cashback recieved first
