It finally has a caseworker in FOS but no answer as yet - I just see what is so hard about telling what has been charged and why???? this has been investigated since about April time and there are still no answers.Official DFW Nerd number 227

FOS was caught on the hop with caseworkers - called adjudicators. Last year it laid off a lot because the endowment complaint workload was falling but a lot of new complaints have been coming in.
They have recruited a couple of hundred over the course of this year and say (in a publication issued today) that they are now working on cases. They are also recruiting more.
If either side disputes the adjudicator's decision, though, it will go to an Ombudsman for a final decision - and that will take more time.0 -
