Not according to the Consumer Forum- there seem to be a lot of issues re BC and subject access-lots of template letters and case precedenr. I just wantr the whole saga to end
  • Im wondering how many years this kind of unfair practice has been going on for, makes me think I would have be better going bankrupt when I had 25k debt.

  • Hi everyone my problem is still on going.... My account keeps getting reviewed and then that comes to an end and then its reviewed again. Apparently its very complicated and lots of other people have the same problem.

I know what I have paid, all I want to know is what charges have been applied to my account as I believe them to be unfair. They will not give me any info the excuse being that it can not be given to me whilst its still be investigated.

So as there are meant to be lots of people in the same boat then clearly there must be loads on here or is this all a lie??

If they have not responded to the SAR then report them to the ICO. Regards to the missing funds, you need to go to the FOS and report it and when it asks if you have had a final letter, you put in there yes.

Even though you've not, say you have or they will not take it on. At least they will then get onto barclays for you.

  • I finally recieved my SAR but it only shows what I have paid and the balance but not what has been charged in the middle, and what I pay is not whats coming off the balance.

I have tried everybody FOS is still awaiting a case worker. In the meantime barclays keep having reviews and reviews and more reviews. Nothing seems to be getting done about this at all. But apparently its high priority and loads of customers are involved and its really complex.

All I want to know is what I have been charged for and wether or not its fair.
